Our client seeks a dynamic and experienced Wealth Advisor to manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This role involves comprehensive wealth planning, strong client relationship management, and the ability to drive the financial planning practice within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored wealth planning services, with a focus on investments, risk, business, and fiduciary matters.
- Acquire and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through effective relationship-building and proactive management.
- Conduct regular client reviews, ensuring alignment with their evolving financial needs.
- Adhere to compliance and mandate requirements.
- Collaborate across business divisions to enhance client services.
- Manage practice operations, including revenue and commission oversight, to ensure business efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Matric (CFP designation preferred).
Experience:
- At least 3 years in investment and insurance sectors.
Skills:
- Strong investment and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and time management.
- Ability to manage a financial practice within a larger business.
- Resourceful, client-focused, and highly proactive.
- Familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and FUA management track record.
